    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

    We are looking for driven, ambitious, energetic, flexible English Customer Service Representatives to join our team and serve customers via different channels in our call centre

    We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our client’s customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
    The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities
    • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
    • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
    • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
    • Data entry in various platforms.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
    • Higher School Certificate with experience in customer service environment
    • Excellent written English is a must
    • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Good typing skills and ability to multitask
    • Self-motivated, positive attitude and customer-focused
    • Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment as well as proactive
    • Ready to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays (NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE)
    • Hardworking with a ‘’Can Do’’ attitude
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
